Dockdogs Master Quailfier

Hi-Dee is our 4yr old Girl who is always full of energy. With a one tract mind on whatever her task is, she rarely gives anything but enjoyment to us. She has a very loving disposition and all the children relish in playing with her. Fetch??? Sure, Throw it!!! Going Swimming??? Not without me!!! Fishing??? Let me dive in and catch you a big one!! (which aggravates the kids, haha) Hunting?? I’ll just set here, till you shoot something!

She has retrieved both ducks and geese over land (standing corn), and over water. She’s had no formal training, but, has all the instinct of one who has. Her determination to please is abounding.

We have raised her in the country on our 39 acres Prime for hunting, as well as swiming and “diviing for fish” in our 3 acre Reservior.

Hi-Dee came to us at the late age of 16 months of age. Since then we have spent many hours of training and hunting her in various types formats. She has retrieved to hand ducks, geese, and pheasant. We have yet to enter her in competition, but we feel comfortable enough in her skills as a hunter.

Hi-Dee competed at the DockDogs competition held at the Great Outdoor Adventure in Nelsonville, Ohio.This was the last in the Outdoor channel Dockdogs series.  Look for it.

Our Hi-Dee had her first try at launching herself in to orbit at the Great Outdoor Adventures' DockDog competition. Hi-Dee loves to dive off of our dock at home, so I'd thought I'd take her and see how she does. Her first jump she jumped 14'6" and her second in the first heat, she made 16'9", Qualifing her in the Masters division that was on Friday. On Saturday she was in the fourth and final heat she jumped 15'4" and 16'10". We were very proud of Hi-Dee and facinated by the amount of Chessies that were there to compete. Most outjumped Hi-Dee....but thats this year. Next year WE'LL BE BACK!! It was great fun and Unknown to me until game time...It was being recorded for the OUTDOOR CHANNELS' DockDog show.....

Just waiting for it to air to see if Our Hi-Dee made TV history....LoL.
